Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Engineering development teams to enable code delivery, automated testing, and assurance of product reliability.
• Create, communicate, and enforce data quality management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Create effective test plans and data sets related to functional testing and end-to-end testing for ETL, database and reports.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide meaningful feedback.
• Articulate test results, progress, and milestones to leadership and development teams.
• Create jobs and scripts to automatically test the quality of data throughout our data warehouse environments.
• Create, document, and execute test cases to support product releases.

Position Specifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL
• 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance / Automation Engineering role testing both front end and back-end components
• 2+ years experience with test case creation, testing APIs; frameworks, scripts in either Python or SQL
• 2+ years experience with SQL, complex SQL queries
• Data Analysis
• Have understanding of Spark/Pyspark to test using Notebooks
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD related pipeline technologies
• Preferred experience in a public cloud environment, preferably Azure
• Preferred experience in testing data pipelines built in Python.
• Preferred experience in Data governance and Metadata Management
• Proficient in testing micro service APIs, understanding API contract details with the ability to translate from requirements to test cases in Postman.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, update the stake holders
• Analyze, design, develop and deploy solutions as per business requirements
• Ability to identify defects in edge-case scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process optimization.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Operations and Consulting portfolio.
• Assist in the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualification

• Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enhance client operations with a focus on measurable outcomes, utilizing popular quality improvement methodologies where applicable.
• Identify and implement quantifiable process improvements to achieve annual targets around efficiency, time savings, cost savings, and cost avoidance, benefiting both clients and the organization.
• Conduct dynamic data analysis for client operations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI, offering insightful interpretations.
• Regularly develop presentations, templates, and draft contracts and agreements.
• Exhibit quick comprehension of concepts and prompt turnaround for deliverables.
• Demonstrate leadership and execute quality assurance activities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client leadership.

Qualifications

• Hold a graduate degree in engineering, science, or commerce.
• Possess 7-8 years of experience in operations or operational excellence.
• Preferably have a background in Lean Six Sigma, advanced MIS, or data analysis.
• Exhibit familiarity with basic automation management skills (e.g., Excel macros) and awareness of concepts such as AI, RPA and Other intelligent automation mediums.
• Show excellence in communication, leadership, and project management.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Be able to work in a fast paced start up culture with job requirements evolving rapidly.
• High-Value Projects:  The candidate should highlight high value projects led/mentored or participated in either in their profiles or separately.

Required Skills

• Candidate should have minimum of 8 ~ 12 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle ERP Manufacturing and Maintenance Products
• Candidate should have minimum of 5 ~ 8 years of experience of working in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud
• Should have at least 2 ~ 3 end to end implementation experience in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud working through requirement analysis to go-live
• Should have knowledge of Manufacturing and Maintenance business process specific to at least one industry (example – Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech)
• Should have a good understanding of the Oracle ERP and Manufacturing and Maintenance architecture
• Should have a knowledge of common Manufacturing and Maintenance integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.
• Should be familiar with all Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud modules and functionalities.
• Should be well versed in creating configuration documents, test scripts and user training documents.
• Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities.
• Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues.
• Knowledge on other Oracle SCM Cloud Products will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

Should be flexible to work over-lapping with different time zones.

• Candidate should have minimum of 4 ~ 5 years of experience of working in namely Inventory Management, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning, Backlog Management, Global Order Promising
• Should have at least 2 ~ 3 end to end implementation experience in Oracle Planning Cloud working through requirement analysis to go-live
