With a proven track record in transformative projects at GCCs like Ocwen and Greenpoint Mortgage, he excels in scaling operations and forging strategic connections. His expertise in the BFSI vertical includes serving clients such as American Express and Royal and Sun Alliance.
Venkatesh Vaidyanathan is a seasoned NIT graduate and Summit’s Chief Product Officer, with a rich 30-year journey that encompasses Product Management, Fintech, AI-driven innovations, and digital transformation. Demonstrating collaborative spirit, he has left his mark on marquee names like SAP, Infosys, HP, and Sun Microsystems, showcasing adaptability in the dynamic GCC realm.
Amrita is an experienced leader in recruitment strategy, candidate lifecycle management, and hiring best practices. With a successful track record, she has supported internal stakeholders at organizations like Microsoft, Brocade Communications, and Intel through talent acquisition and leadership hiring.
Mohan brings two decades of experience leading people organizations at various GCCs. He has been instrumental in the design-run-build of large, complex and distributed shared services operations at these organisations.
Vivek is an alumnus of Nizam College and Osmania University, bringing over a decade of experience with major consulting firms in India and Australia. In his nine-year roles at Deloitte Consulting and RealPage, he has excelled in diverse areas such as business operations, continuity planning, strategy, marketing, and content management, while adeptly managing client relationships at GCCs.
Mrinal Sinha is a distinguished NMIMS graduate with a Master Black Belt, boasting over 16 years of experience in Global Capability Centers. Recognized for seamlessly integrating classic business methods with cutting-edge automation, he excels as a strategic consultant and function leader. Celebrated for his impact on business metrics, Mrinal stands out for championing Organizational Operational Excellence.
Siva Teja is a go-getter who comes with nearly ten years of experience in Real Estate and infrastructure operations. He is a keen collaborator and is keen on timeline-oriented delivery when it comes to client commitments. He has a deep understanding of renovation projects and administration functions within the GCC space.
